Ms. Yuki brings her joy in music to her teaching every day. She is quick to identify each learner's ability and challenge them appropriately. Her ready smile, approachability and love of jazz has inspired many a young musician. I'm glad that both my children were her students.

My kids have different strengths and learning styles. Ms.Mina appreciates each of them and meets them where they are at to encourage and challenge them. Beth teaches voice to both of my girls and she is an amazing teacher. Both my girls have performed in Carnegie hall , Harvard University and Lincoln center. Beth is approachable and flexible. I would recommend Beth to anyone.

Both of our children have had the privilege to study with Ms. Mina and Ms. Yuki for many years. They started out with group classes and continued with private lessons. Ms. Mina is musical, patient, and a beautiful musician. She teaches students music beyond the notes on the paper, but guides them to express musical ideas in their performances. Ms. Yuki is compassionate, uplifting, and very patient as well. She makes piano lessons fun and encourages her students to be creative. Her passion for jazz has inspired many of her students to compose their own music. Our child has had the honor of winning a composition award under her guidance and is still creating music when opportunities occur. We feel very fortunate to have met both of them for our children’s musical journey. Their collaboration with each other creates a warm and welcoming learning environment for aspiring music students of all ages.

Our 2 kids have been with Miss Yuki for over 7 years since early elementary school. Through her guidance they’ve grown into confident musicians eager to practice, compose, collaborate and perform! Miss Yuki is always responsive to our emails and flexible with tailoring her approach depending on where our kids are at with their developmental needs and new musical interests.

We have known Ms. Yuki for around 10 years, and, quite honestly, we feel that she is part of our family. She has patiently, kindly, and expertly guided my son through the beginning stages of singing and developing music appreciation (toddler years), learning notes & playing fundamental chords (elementary school years), and now expanding and challenging skills with different genres and complicated pieces (middle school years). Along the way, she has inspired his creativity, encouraged him during tough times, shared many, many laughs, and celebrated when their hard work paid off. We respect Ms. Yuki’s relentless work ethic and positivity, and adore who she is as a teacher and as a person - a bright, talented, funny, kind-hearted person who has brought so much musical joy into our family!

We will always cherish the day we first enrolled our son in Ms. Mina’s class, because it was the start of many amazing years of musical education & growth, and sweet camaraderie - 7 years and counting! Ms. Mina has connected with my son in the most beautiful ways. She methodically teaches him the fundamentals of reading and learning music; she identifies pieces (and challenges) that fit his personality; she encourages him to do his best and be his best self - through music and in life. With her patient and unwavering guidance, he has been able to accomplish what he never thought possible, which fuels his pride and self-confidence. Ms. Mina is truly one of the most conscientious, warm-hearted, talented and delightful people we have grown to know and adore, and we remain grateful to have her as part of our lives!

Beth has been giving my daughter private lessons for the past couple of years, and she has learned so much and improved incredibly in that time. Plus, Beth is so kind and helpful with last-minute requests, is always on time, and very communicative. Highly recommend.

Ms Mina is a fabulous piano teacher! My son studied with Ms Mina for 8 years (until he left for college) and she kept him engaged with his piano studies, adjusting her lessons to match with his evolving musical interests. She is an accomplished musician and a really great teacher who can bring out the musical talent in kids.

My daughter has always loved singing in school. When entering high school however she found the high school honors chorus to be very competitive. After being rejected in her first audition she decided she needed voice lessons in order to increase her chances of getting in the next year. Through the school year she worked with Beth once a week on various techniques. My husband and I were AMAZED at the difference these lessons made in her singing. In the spring she auditioned again and this time got in. She couldn’t have done it without Beth’s help

Both my sons love the way Miss Yuki teaches piano. She has a magic way that makes kids enjoy learning.
